Data export for cash register inspection Austria

The RetailForce Cloud can be used as a central archive for cash register and receipt data. This depends on the licence used. 

In the course of a cash register inspection or a tax audit, certain data must be made available to the officials of the tax authorities. More information on this can be found in the article: Cash register inspection Austria.

The following data is stored long-term in the RetailForce Cloud Archive and is available for download if required:

• Data collection log according to § 7 RKSV ("DEP7")
• Cash register journal / data collection log according to Cash Directive 2021 ("DEP131") 

These can be exported as follows:

• Log in to the RetailForce portal (https://portal.retailforce.cloud) with your user data,
• in the main menu (left), navigate to the relevant cash register for which the export is to be carried out (Organisation > Company > Store > Terminal, if applicable), and select it,
• in the action menu (right) select the option "| Fon" - in the drop-down menu you can select via:
  • "Export DEP" the DEP7 or via
  • "Export DEP131" to download the DEP131.

• in both cases a time period for the export must be specified (From - To)

• after clicking on the "Export" button, a corresponding export data is created and downloaded.
