RetailForce provides free support for errors that are demonstrably due to a malfunction within the RetailForce software products. Enquiries about errors that are due to incorrect operation or faulty implementation on the part of the enquirer or their software manufacturer are subject to a charge and will be invoiced on a time and material basis (15 minutes exactly). I hereby agree to bear any costs incurred, unless the error is within the RetailForce software.
