The "Decommission terminal" function can be used to decommission the respective terminal.
Attention: The planned decommissioning of a cash register should be carried out using the DELETE /api/v1/management/austria/{clientId}/fon/cashregister function. Decommissioning via the "Decommission terminal" function of the RetailForce portal is available for exceptional cases, e.g. in the event of cash register defects.
Prerequisites
- The user data for the cash register web service is entered in the Austrian configuration assigned to the respective terminal/client,
- corresponding licence was selected (licences with cloud use or with the "Cloud configuration" option).
Decommissioning
After calling up the "Decommission terminal" function,
- a reason for decommissioning and
- a decommissioning date must be entered.
Reason
One of the following reasons must be given for decommissioning:
Reason | Description | FON-Code |
Stolen | Theft or other loss | 1 |
Not working | Recording of business transactions or document creation not possible correctly | 5 |
PlanedDropout | Scheduled decommissioning | 6 |
Unrepairable | Decommissioning due to irreparable failure | 7 |
Others | Other reason | 99 |
Decommissioning date
When selecting the decommissioning date, make sure that this date is after the last receipt was created in the cash register.
Decommissioning notification
After confirmation ("Submit"), a final document ("Schlussbeleg") is generated by the RetailForce Cloud system and transmitted to FinanzOnline together with the decommissioning notification.
Die Registrierkasse ist somit außer Betrieb genommen.
