This function can be used to query the FinanzOnline registration status of the respective terminal (cash register).

Prerequisites

• The user data for the cash register web service is entered in the Austrian configuration assigned to the respective terminal/client,
• corresponding licence was selected (licences with cloud use or with the "Cloud configuration" option).

The result of the check is displayed immediately. The result can also be found in the online financial communication log (Fon protocol - "Getting state for cash register XX/YY").

Terminal activated

If the terminal (the cash register) is registered as "In operation" in FinanzOnline, the following message is displayed:

Text: "IN_BETRIEB" (en.: "IN_OPERATION")

Terminal deactivated

If the terminal (the cash register) is reported as "Out of operation" in FinanzOnline, the message:

   "Terminal deactivated

   AUSSER_BETRIEB" (en.: "OUT_OF_OPERATION")

is displayed.

Error during check

An incorrect check can have the following reasons.

User data missing or incorrect

The data User for cash register web service was not entered in the configuration or is incorrect.

Troubleshooting:

• Enter the user data for the cash register web service in the configuration and update the terminal / client configuration.
• Check the user data for the cash register web service and correct it if necessary. In the event of a correction, update the terminal / client configuration afterwards.
