The "Export DEP" function can be used to download the so-called Data Collection Log in accordance with §7 RKSV (Cash Register Security Ordinance) ("Datenerfassungsprotokoll (DEP) nach §7 RKSV") (also referred to as "DEP7") for a defined period. The DEP7 is required by financial administration bodies as part of a cash audit.

Prerequisites

• The user data for the cash register web service is entered in the Austrian configuration assigned to the respective terminal/client,
• the corresponding licence has been selected (licences with use of cloud archiving).

DEP Export

After calling up the function, a time period must be defined for the export. Fiscal data should be available in the RetailForce Cloud Archive within the specified period. If no data has been transmitted from the client (the cash register) to the cloud system, an error message is displayed.

Download DEP

Once the period entered has been confirmed by clicking on "Export", the data for the export is compiled. A download link for downloading the data log is then displayed.

Copy the link to the clipboard (click on the symbol:) and paste the link into a new browser tab. This will start the download.
