The RetailForce Fiscalisation Service offers compliance with Infocert's NF525 requirements.
This article gives an overview, on topics which you as the cash register manufacturer should consider additionally during implementation of the RetailForce system.
Configuration
Settings and properties relating to organisations, companies, stores, terminals and the configuration may affect NF525 compliance. For this reason, changes to these settings are automatically logged as so-called JET events as soon as they take effect in the Fiscal Client. In this context, 'take effect' means that a change entered in the portal is applied to the locally stored configuration of the client in question. The local client’s configuration is usually updated via the endpoint PUT /api/v1/management/clients/byCloud/{clientId}. When this endpoint is called a JET-event is recorded.
As a general rule, care should be taken to ensure that the information printed by the till matches the settings in the cloud portal. For example, the company name stored in the RetailForce portal, as well as other company details, must match the information on the receipt.
To ensure that changes to settings are also applied to cash register documents, we recommend synchronising data with the configuration of the relevant client or, where necessary, incorporating it.
You can find an overview of the required elements for documents in France in the article: 'Document requirements France'.
The current configuration of a client can be retrieved using GET /api/v1/management/clients/{clientId}.
