Configuration Austria

Once an organisational structure has been created in the RetailForce Cloud, configurations can be created for the tills.

Configuration Austria - [1] = Austria

The following parameters can be preset by configuration:

• Caption* - (arbitrary) name of the configuration
• Organisation* - selection for which organisation the configuration is to be provided
• Simple cash point closing - selection for the simplified daily closing
• Cash register brand - manufacturer designation / brand of the cash register hardware
• Cash register model name - model name of the cash register hardware
• Cash register id - ID of the cash register hardware
• Cash register software company* - company developing / distributing the cash register software
• Cash register software brand* - brand name of the POS software
• Cash register software version* - software version of the cash register software
• Currency ISO code* - Currency symbol according to ISO (e.g. EUR)
• Cloud archive - Checkbox to activate the archiving of fiscal data in the RetailForce Cloud (licence required!)
• Cloud automatic year receipt - Checkbox whether the cloud system should automatically generate an annual receipt on 1st of February of the current year and validate it via FinanzOnline (if no annual receipt has been transmitted by the cash register by this time). 
• Fon credentials - User data of the "User for cash register web service" from FinanzOnline
  • Fon member ID - Participant identification
  • Fon user ID - User identification
  • Fon PIN - PIN
• + Add sign device driver configuration - Adding a default configuration for a signature creation device
  • • Caption - Arbitrary designation of the signature creation device
    • Sign device driver - Select which driver is to be used by the Fiscal Client.
      The further selection depends on the selected signature creation device (Sign device driver):
    • [0] ATrustHsmLocal - Dedicated A-Trust signature server PC (in own data centre; product: a.sign RK HSM on-premise)
      • Base-Url - URL of the local HSM
      • Key-Label - Key for establishing the connection with the local HSM
      • Username - username for establishing the connection with the local HSM
      • Password - password for establishing the connection with the local HSM
    • [1] ATrustHsm - Online signature service provided by A-Trust (product: a.sign RK HSM)
      • Username - User name from access data to the A-Trust signature service
      • Password - Password from access data to the A-Trust signature service
      • Test-Url - Enter only if signing is to be carried out via the A-Trust test system!
    • [2] PrimeSignHSM - RemoteSigning products provided by PrimeSign GmbH
      • Base-Url - Base-URL of the RemoteSigning service ("Basis URL")
        
        Attention: the base URL corresponds to the "Basis-URL" of the certificate data. Please add /rs/ to the base URL. Example: https://rs-ab1234cd.ps.prime-sign.com/rs/
      • Key-Label - unique ID of the signature key (of the certificate!) ("Key ID")
      • Username - username for PrimeSign RemoteSigning service (of the certificate!) ("User ID")
      • Password - password for PrimeSign RemoteSigning service (of the certificate!) ("Shared Secret")

"Create" completes the creation of the configuration and saves it.

Configuration for Test Systems Austria

FinanzOnline-Notifications

The Cash Register Security Ordinance prescribes certain messages in the direction of FinanzOnline (official portal of the Federal Ministry of Finance - BMF).

No official test access data ("User for cash register web service") is provided.

If you want to test the FinanzOnline messages, you must create a "user for cash register web service" in FinanzOnline and enter the user data in the corresponding fields of the configuration (Fon credentials).

Messages from test terminals (!) are automatically sent by the RetailForce system as test messages.

Test systems A-Trust Online Signature Service:

To configure an A-Trust test signature creation device

• select the respective signature creation device driver (Sign device driver "ATrustHsm") and
• enter the following parameters:
  • Username: u071678033
  • Password: 3v68k5
  • Test-Url: http://hs-abnahme.a-trust.at/aSignRkHsm/

Test systems PrimeSign RemoteSigning Service:

To configure a PrimeSign test RemoteSigning Certificate (PrimeSign Signature Creation Device).

• select the respective signature creation device driver (Sign device driver "PrimeSignHsm") and
• enter the following parameters:
  • Base-Url: https://rs-1f9e614c.ps.prime-sign.com/rs/
  • Key-Label: ps-y8osxt7p
  • Username: user123
