This article describes terminal-validation errors and how to fix them.

Terminal validation errors are displayed in the detail view of a terminal, at the top of the page. More information on terminal validation can be found in the linked article.

Error	Description	Correction

Companyidentification with type BusinessIdentificationNumber must set with swedish organization number (10 numbers).	Sweden: In Sweden the BusinessIdentificationNumber must be entered (organisation or company). See the article Company identification.	Entering the Business Identification Number for Organisation or Company.
Companyidentification with type BusinessIdentificationNumber in sweden must follow the luhn algorithm (last digit = check digit) [error] (Document)	Sweden: The Swedish BusinessIdentificationNumber (="Organisationsnummer") is 10 digits long and is based on the Luhn Algorithm. A Luhn Algorithm calculator can be used for test systems, for example.	Make sure that the last digit of the BusinessIdentificationNumber (="Organisationsnummer") in Sweden is the check digit of the Luhn Algorithm.
License 'GetConfiguration' for client 'xyz' not found	The corresponding terminal does not have the licence "GetConfiguration" (= automatic configuration service via RetailForce Cloud). Possible causes: No configuration has (yet) been assigned to the client (or the organisation, company or store). The "GetConfiguration" licence has not been selected.	Assign configuration (organisation, company, store or terminal level), or Select the "GetConfiguration" licence.
String must only contain numbers. (Parameter 'stringToCheck') [error] (exception)	Sweden: In Sweden, the BusinessIdentificationNumber (="Organisationsnummer") must consist exclusively of digits. The current input contains invalid characters.	Please review and correct the input to ensure that the BusinessIdentificationNumber consists only of digits.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object	Sweden: Central Control Unit (CCU) was not configured.	Complete configuration
Vat number must be between 1 and 15 charakters	Often encountered when creating test organisations. The length of the VAT number (Vat number), including any "TEST_" flag used (to create test organisations and deactivate the VAT ID check), must not exceed a certain length.	Check the length of the entered Vat number (sales tax number) (at Organisation or Company)
