Once an organisational structure has been created in the RetailForce Cloud, configurations can be created for the tills.

Configuration Canada - [23] = Canada
The following parameters can be preset by configuration:

- Caption* - (arbitrary) name of the configuration
- Organization* - selection for which organisation the configuration is to be provided
- Simple cash point closing - selection for simplified end-of-day closing
- Cash register brand - Manufacturer designation / brand of the used cash register hardware
- Cash register model name - Model designation of the used cash register hardware
- Cash register serial number - ID of the cash register hardware
- Cash register software company* - The company that develops/distributes the cash register software
- Cash register software brand* - Brand name of the cash register software
- Cash register software version* - Version of the cash register software
- Currency ISO code * - Currency code (e.g. CAD)
- Cloud archive - Checkbox to activate archiving of fiscal data in RetailForce Cloud (license required!)

Business Sector* - Business sector = industry / activity (currently only the supported activity sector is "Restaurants, bars and food trucks")
- Sub Sector - Definition of the industry / activity sub-sector

Certification - this checkbox marks configurations that are used to transfer documents for certification by the SRS (settlement system).
Note: If the checkbox is selected, all requests are transmitted to the certification environment (‘ESSAI’) of the WEB-SRM. It is recommended that you create separate configurations for development (‘DEV’), certification (“ESSAI”) and production (‘PROD’).

Operator information* - Details of the cash register operator (= company)
- Operator identification number - ID number assigned to the operator by Revenu Québec
- Operator authorization code - Authorisation code assigned to the operator by Revenu Québec
- Billing file number - Number assigned by Revenu Québec that identifies the industry and, where applicable, the location of an operator's place of business, in conjunction with his QST number.
- Select location time zone - select the time zone of the location of the cash register

User* - User information. The user specified here will be registered as the main user with Revenu Québec. Adding additional users is not currently supported.
- User name - user name
- QST number user - QST registration number of the user
- GST number user - GST registration number of the user

Revenu Québec Partner information* - Details of the RQ partner (= manufacturer of the billing system)
- Revenu Québec Partner identifier - Unique partner ID assigned by Revenu Québec, as specified in "My Account for partners - Mandatory billing".
- SRS identifier - Unique identifier assigned by Revenu Québec for the settlement system (SRS). This is displayed in the partner area of the RQ website.

Certification Code - Code provided by Revenu Québec certifying that the SRS is certified and can communicate with WEB-SRM.
Note: The value in the "Certification Code" field during development or certification must correspond to the test cases specified by RQ. In productive operation, the corresponding certification code of the SRS must be entered.

Settings* - other settings

WEB-SRM Connection Timeout in ms - Sets the time that the client waits for responses from WEB-SRM before a timeout is returned to the upstream system (cash register system).
Note: The waiting time in productive operation must not be less than 5 seconds. When performing test cases in the development and test environment, RQ recommends setting the waiting time to at least 10 seconds.

"Create" completes the creation of the configuration and saves it.
