Configuration Slovenia – RetailForce Software GmbH

Once an organisational structure has been created in the RetailForce Cloud, configurations can be created for the tills.

Configuration Slovenia - [6] = Slovenia

The following parameters can be preset by configuration:

Caption * - (arbitrary) name of the configuration
Organization * - selection for which organisation the configuration is to be provided
Simple cash point closing - selection for simplified end-of-day closing
Cash register brand - Manufacturer designation / brand of the used cash register hardware
Cash register model name - Model designation of the used cash register hardware
Cash register id - ID of the cash register hardware
Cash register software company - The company that develops/distributes the cash register software
Cash register software brand - Brand name of the cash register software
Cash register software version - Version of the cash register software
Currency ISO code * - Currency (e.g., EUR, GBP,..)
Cloud archive - Checkbox to activate the archiving of fiscal data in the RetailForce Cloud (licence required!)
POS software company - Details of the cash register software manufacturer
- Software company foreign name (not SL company) - Name and address of software company (if it is not a Slovenian provider of cash register software)
- Software company tax number (SL company) - Slovenian tax number of the cash register software manufacturer (if it is a Slovenian company)

Attention: Only one of the two values under ‘POS software company’ needs to be completed. The Slovenian tax number has 8 digits.

"Create" completes the creation of the configuration and saves it.

Extended configuration for Slovenia

Electronic Certificate

To enable communication with the tax authorities' servers and for the RetailForce fiscal middleware to sign the transactions, a digital certificate issued by the Slovenian tax authorities must be stored in the RetailForce Portal, under the corresponding organisation or company. You can find more information in the article “Uploading fiscalisation certificates”.

Test certificates

Test certificates, e.g. for software manufacturers, can be requested directly from the Slovenian tax authorities (email to: sd.fu(at)gov.si).

Please state the name of your company in the application.

The test certificates are issued to a random tax number and an anonymised name (e.g. ‘Test person n’).

The certificates are delivered in the form of a ‘.p12’ file.

Store-Parameter

As part of the initialisation process, the RetailForce system registers the business premises with the Slovenian tax authorities.

Therefore, certain parameters must be defined for each branch (store!).

The object ID / business premis ID (location, building) is composed of these parameters.

CadastralNumber (Številka katastrske občine - "Cadastral municipality number")
BuildingNumber (Številka stavbe - "Building number")
BuildingSectionNumber (Številka dela stavbe - "Building part number")

Note: For test systems, you can define the following values as store parameters, for example:

Store parameters are defined using the action item "Parameter".

The respective parameters can be defined using the "+ Add Parameter" button.

Attention: Please note that the ‘Is Test’ flag must be set correctly for the terminal system. This is the only way to ensure that the data is also transmitted to the corresponding system of the Slovenian tax administration (productive or playground).
