Once an organisational structure has been created in the RetailForce Cloud, configurations can be created for the tills.
For general information on configurations, see the linked article.

Test Systems Sweden
If you would like to activate a test system in Sweden, please contact us by creating a request (menu item: "Submit a request"). Additional information on Swedish test systems can be found in the linked article.
Live Systems Sweden
The following requirements apply for the live operation of a POS system in Sweden:
- Registration of the POS system or the POS system manufacturer with CCU provider.
- Acceptance test of POS system by CCU provider,
- Self-declaration of compliance of the POS system to the Swedish tax authorities.
Registration
In the course of registration, the following parameters can be defined:
- the name of the cash register software (field: "Cash register software brand") - this should include the abbreviation "SE" (to show that the software is specific to Sweden). Example: "RetailForce SE"
- the applicationPackage (field: "CCU Provisioner application package") - this is a unique ID of the software. Normally this ID is similar to a URL, which is composed of the name of the software and the company's website. Example: For example, if your website is http://mycompany.de and your cash register software is called "GreatPOS", then the applicationPackage would be: de.mycompany.greatpos
- the Software-Version (field: "Cash register software version") - acceptance by the CCU manufacturer is always for a specific software version.
The above-mentioned parameters must be entered consistently in all configurations. Just like the other parameters, which are, however, provided by the CCU manufacturer:
- CCU serial number (field: "CCU Serial")
- CCU user (field: "CCU Provisioner User")
- CCU password (field: "CCU Provisioner password")
Acceptance test and self-declaration
A number of test cases must be created for the acceptance tests. After successful completion of all tests and approval by the CCU manufacturer, you can submit a self-declaration of compliance to the Swedish Tax Agency. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents for this. Please contact us for this purpose (menu: "Create request").
