Time setting for Lithuania

The time settings of the system on which the RetailForce fiscalisation service is installed (host system) are crucial for data transmission to the government’s iEKA system.

Time Zone

To ensure that data transmission to the iEKA system runs smoothly, the transmitting system – the cash register or the system on which the RetailForce fiscalisation service is running – must be set to Lithuanian time.

Time zone for Lithuania

The time zone for Lithuania is:

• Eastern European Time: EET (UTC+2) in winter
• Eastern European Summer Time: EEST (UTC+3) in summer

Time synchronisation

It is recommended that the host system be synchronised with an official time source (time server). If the time on the host system differs from that in iEKA, errors will occur during data transmission.
