Export of DSFinV-K data from the RetailForce portal

The RetailForce system provides functions for exporting DSFinV-K data from terminals, which are necessary for compliance with tax regulations. 

1. Navigation and Selection of the Terminal for Export

1. Navigate to the Store: Click on the 'Stores' tab in the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard to display the list of stores in your organization.
2. Select Store: Choose the desired store from the list to go to the "Store Overview", where you will find detailed information about the store and its associated terminals.
3. Select Terminal: In the "Store Overview", find the terminal from which you want to export data and click on it to open the detailed view.

2. Export of DSFinV-K Data

In the terminal's detailed view, you will find "Action Items" on the right-hand side. Here you have various options available:

• Export Tar:
  • choose "Export Tar"
  • Then select the desired date range for the export.

• Export Taxonomy:
  • same procedere 
  • Choose the period and the format (JSON, CSV) for the export.

The export process will then be initiated and the corresponding file in .tar, JSON, or CSV format will be prepared for download.
