Since version 1.11.18, two new dashboard elements have been available on the RetailForce Portal dashboard for German organisations.
- TSE certificate expiry and
- TSE replacement
TSE certificate expiry
This element shows when the certificates of the TSEs assigned to the organisation’s terminals will expire.
Certificate expiry dates are displayed in groups:
- >6 months – certificates for terminals that will not expire for more than 6 months,
- 2–6 months – certificates that will expire within the next 2 to 6 months,
- <2 months – certificates for terminals due to expire within the next 2 months,
- expired – certificates that have already expired,
- undefined – certificate expiry date unknown.
By selecting the 'Include test' option, test terminals / test clients are included in the diagram.
By clicking on the individual fields (<2 months, >6 months, etc.), you can specifically select which data should be included in the diagram, e.g. as in the example, only terminals with expired certificates.
If you move the mouse pointer over a relevant section of the pie chart (mouse-over), the number of terminals affected is displayed.
By clicking on the relevant section of the chart, you can view details of which clients (cash registers) are affected by the respective certificate status.
TSE replacement
This overview shows the status of the TSE replacement:
- Outdated FC Version – Clients on which an outdated middleware version is installed (prior to version 1.11.18) and on which an automatic TSE replacement is therefore not possible,
- Missing Hardware – Clients for which the replacement to a hardware TSE was configured, but which could not be carried out due to a missing hardware TSE,
- Open Transactions – Clients for which the automatic TSE replacement could not be carried out due to open transactions,
- Replacement – Clients for which the automatic TSE replacement was successfully carried out.
By enabling the “Include test” option, test terminals / test clients are included in the overview.
Here, too, you can choose to show or hide specific parts of the chart; the number of terminals affected is also displayed when you hover the mouse over them.
