.NET Core 3.1
Currently (as of 02/2023), the RetailForce Fiscal Middleware is based on .NET Core 3.1.

Different types of integration
Interface integration
Fiscal Middleware = Fiscal Client
- Installation of Fiscal Client (on cash register computer, on central server, in the cloud,...)
- Communication between cash register application and Fiscal Client via REST interface
The Fiscal Client is available as a Windows service or as a Docker container. Please find more Information on the Docker Container in the following article: Trusted Fiscal Services as Docker Container.
NuGet integration
Fiskal Middleware = Fiscal DLL (NuGet -Package)
- Complete integration of the Fiscal DLL into the electronic recording system
.com integration (planned)
Fiscal Middleware as an executable dll (ActiveX)
- Complete integration into the electronic recording system
Service Client integration
Fiscal Middleware = Fiscal Client
Fiscal Service Client = DLL
- Complete integration of the Fical Service Client into the award system
- Installation of Fiscal Client (on cash register computer, on central server, in the cloud,...)
- Fiscal Service Client communicates with Fiscal Client
JavaBean integration (planned)
Fiscal Middleware = JavaBean package.
