Test systems Sweden

When setting up test systems for Swedish fiscalisation, a few special features must be taken into account. We differentiate between

• implementation test systems (pure test systems for implementation) and 
• approval test systems (test systems for approval by the CCU manufacturer)

Implementation test systems

Are set up to carry out general tests during implementation. These systems cannot be used for acceptance tests by the CCU (Central Control Unit) manufacturer.

When setting up such systems, the following points must be observed:

Company data/information

Any company data ("Organisation" or, if available, "Company") can be stored in the RetailForce Portal. Please note that the "Organisation number" (type: "Business Identification Number") must be entered in Sweden.

Configuration

The configuration settings used are arbitrary. However, in order to establish a connection to a test CCU, the following Parameters must be stored in the Control unit configuration:

• CCU Serial - Serial number of the CCU (Central Control Unit) for this organisation. Leave blank for test systems.
• CCU Provisioner User - User for transmitting the API key for provisioning the CCU,
• CCU Provisioner password - Password for transferring the API key for provisioning the CCU
• CCU Provisioner application package - Application package for transmitting the API key for provisioning the CCU. For implementation test systems: cloud.retailforce.fiscalclient.

Approval test systems

In order to be able to create an acceptance test system, the CCU manufacturer must enable this in its systems in advance.

Some information is required for this:

• Official company name (cash register manufacturer) - really the manufacturer, not any reseller
• Organisation number - this can also be a non-Swedish number (e.g. Austrian company register number, German HRB number,...)
• Designation of the POS software
• Version number of the POS software to be approved (recommendation: specification of the major release, e.g. 7.x)

• Contact person (name, telephone number, e-mail address)

After activation on the part of the CCU manufacturer, certain data must be correctly stored in the configuration:

• Cash register software company* - Company name given at the time of registration
• Cash register software brand* - Name of the POS software (from registration)
• Cash register software version* - Version of the POS software to be approved (from registration)
• and the Parameters of the Control unit configuration - you will receive these after successful registration and activation by the CCU manufacturer.
