The Digital Receipt allows the customer to receive the receipt in electronic form, of course with their prior consent.

Advantages of RetailForce's Digital Receipts:

• Easy to integrate
• No additional software is required, you can upload receipts without using the fiscal client.
• In addition, the upload is facilitated with the help of the client
• Available for anonymous customers (known customers only in the "standard" version)
• Legally compliant
• All client platforms (simple HTTP/REST interface)

The Digital Receipt product is offered in two different variants:

• Digital receipt "light"
• Digital receipt "standard"

The digital receipt "light" is available when using the Fiscal Client from version 0.13.0 and with direct cloud integration from 19.2.2021.

Digital receipt "standard" is available since 01.10.2021.

Satisfaction for customers and consumers

Simple process: After the checkout process, the receipt is created and uploaded to the cloud. When uploading, a URL is sent back, which is displayed as a QR code on the customer display. The customer scans the QR code with their smartphone and immediately receives the digital receipt.

This eliminates the need for receipt printouts.

If the digital receipt is integrated into a customer loyalty app, the receipt is also immediately visible in the customer bonus app.

Digital receipt "light"

• Only available for anonymous customers
• Receipt link is available for 30 days
• Receipt will be deleted after 30 days
• Maximum file size: 150kB
• Easy integration: pdf upload, no additional data required

Digital receipt "standard"

• Available for anonymous customers and for identified customers
• Receipt link is available for 30 days
• Receipt is securely stored in the RetailForce Secure Archive for 10 years
• Receipt display in the RetailForce Cloud Portal
• Find receipts via the Cloud API and in the RetailForce Portal - search & filter functions
• Analysis functions
• Maximum file size: 200kB
• Easy integration (if desired): pdf upload
• Automatic integration into the fiscal process, no additional data required
• Offline digital receipt - receipt is forwarded if the Internet connection is not available at the time
