When activating the maDATA connection, invoice templates must be created and stored with the respective Greek myDATA provider. These templates are used when forwarding the electronic invoice to the invoice recipient via myDATA.

Templates

The invoice templates are HTML files that are generated for various invoice formats.

The following formats are available as examples. Of course, other invoice formats can also be generated.

• Invoice in A4 format,
• Invoice in A5 format,
• Receipt/invoice in the format of a receipt that is normally printed on a 7 mm receipt printer.

Procedure

Please send us the modified or newly created invoice templates so that we can upload them to the systems of the relevant myDATA provider. From the moment they are stored, electronic invoices will be formatted according to the templates and forwarded to the recipient.
