If you receive an error message when attempting to reprint a document on the Romanian fiscal printer, the reprint function must first be configured in the printer.

Error occurs during the following function calls:

• PUT /api/v1/transactions/reprintDocument/{clientId}/{documentGuid}
• PUT /api/v1/transactions/reprintDocument

Error message:

Solution

The document reprint function must be configured in the printer.

Prerequisites

• Danubius DUDE App must be installed
• FLink must be installed
• FLink must be closed and must not be running during the configuration process (check in the taskbar).

Activate reprint function

In live environments, the reprint function must be activated by a service technician authorised by Romania, as this requires the execution of a printer configuration script.
