Fiscalisation block Spain (VERI*FACTU)

The block of fiscal data is located at the beginning of the document, before any document content. For more information on document requirements in the VERI*FACTU regions of Spain, please refer to the linked article.

The information contained in the block must be attached to the document in the specified order. The specific information about which fields must be printed is provided via the printingFields in the fiscalResponse.

  1. Indication of tax QR code (QR tributario:),
  2. VERI*FACTU QR code,
  3. Note that the invoice can be verified via the AEAT's electronic office (Factura verificable en la sede electrónica de la AEAT) or, alternatively, a short version that can be used depending on the document format (VERI*FACTU).

PrintingFields Spain (VERI*FACTU)

The following ‘PrintingFields’ are returned as part of the "FiscalResponse":

Indication of tax QR code and VERI*FACTU QR code as a data string (must be printed as a QR code)

Note: both key + value must be printed. For more information see VERI*FACTU - document requirements Spain.
2 "Np_NoteLong": "Factura verificable en la sede electrónica de la AEAT"

Variant 1:

Long note stating that the invoice can be verified via the AEAT's electronic office.

Note: Either "Np_NoteLong" OR "NpNoteShort" will be printed. This variant can be used if the document format allows it (sufficient space).
2 "Np_NoteShort": "VERI*FACTU"

Variant 2:

Short note that this is a ‘VERI*FACTU’ invoice.

Note: Either "Np_NoteLong" OR "Np_NoteShort" is printed. This variant can be used for narrow receipt formats if there is not enough space to use "Np_NoteLong".
  "Np_TrainingDocument01": "Documento de formación"

Note that this document was generated as training documentation and transmitted to the VERI*FACTU test environment.

Attention: Positioning on the document is free, but must be below the VERI*FACTU block!

Fiscalisation block Spain (TicketBAI)

Unlike VERI*FACTU, in the TicketBAI regions (Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa), the block of fiscal data is located at the end of the receipt, after all other receipt content. For more information on receipt requirements in the TicketBAI regions of Spain, please refer to the linked article.

The information contained in the block must be included on the receipt in the specified order. The specific fields that must be printed are specified via the printingFields in the fiscalResponse.

PrintingFields Spain (TicketBAI)

Pos. PrintingFields Description
1 "Np_Signature": "TBAI-A99999999-123456-Stvy..." The TicketBAI code must be printed above the actual QR code.
2 "Np_QrCode": "https://batuz.eus/QRTBAI/?id=TBAI-..." QR code as a data string (must be printed as a QR code).
