Fiscal Reports Bulgaria

The executive bodies of the Bulgarian tax authorities may request the following data from the taxable company in the course of an audit:

1. KLEN report
2. Periodic report
3. BLOCK report

These reports can be output via the RetailForce Fiscal Middleware. The first report (KLEN) is a file, the other two reports are printouts via the fiscal printer.

KLEN report

The KLEN report is the "electronic control strip". The KLEN report contains all commands sent to the fiscal printer. Every fiscal operation (sales, non-fiscal transactions, deposits and withdrawals, as well as the generation and retrieval of reports) is recorded on it.

The KLEN report corresponds to the BLOCK report, except that it is output as a file instead of a printout.

Periodic report

Period reports summarise a selected period in terms of totals. This report type is available in two versions:

1. Summarised report - several Z-reports (which fall within the selected period) are added together here.
2. Detailed report - in this report, the totals of the Z reports for the selected period are displayed individually on a printout.

BLOCK report

BLOCK reports output the contents of the control memory. A Z-report (daily closing) forms a BLOCK. The individual tax rates are totalled within the selected BLOCKS.

The BLOCK report corresponds to a printed version of the KLEN report.

Retrieving reports

The individual reports can be triggered (print) or generated (file) via the RetailForce Fiskal middleware. Three endpoints are available for this (from v1.8.3) in the Management Controller Bulgaria, which can be controlled by the POS system.
