If you receive the following error message in the course of commissioning the fiscal client via
- PUT /api/v1/management/clients/byCloud
\"License 'GetConfiguration' for client '<clientId' not found.\"
the corresponding licence "Access configuration download" is not assigned.
- log in to the RetailForce portal,
- check whether
- a configuration object is assigned to the relevant terminal (or organisation, company or store) at all,
- whether the getConfiguration licence has been assigned and
- whether there are any other validation errors on the terminal?
After correcting the error, try the commissioning again.
