This article describes how myDATA providers make billing data available digitally.

Invoice QR code

The QR code, which is located in the footer data of invoices in Greece, contains a link to the respective (digital) invoice. The link points to the domain of the respective myDATA provider.

The link (content of the QR code) is returned in RetailForce as part of the fiscalResponseGreece to the electronic recording system (cash register, invoicing system, etc.) and must be displayed by the latter as a QR code.

Example Primer software

The following example shows how invoices are displayed on the website of myDATA provider Primer Software.

During the processing of the invoice and transmission to the myDATA portal of the AADE / ΑΑΔΕ (Independent Authority for Public Revenue), the RetailForce middleware returns a link to the upstream system.

The link is structured as follows:

1. Domain of the myDATA provider
2. Invoice search
3. Unique invoice ID

Clicking on the link takes you to the following website. The invoice layout corresponds to the setting selected in the Greece configuration (template selection) in the RetailForce portal – in this case, the "Thermal" view.

Controls

When you open the website, the print preview is activated (selection element 1.).

The following controls are available here:

If you deactivate the print preview, the invoice data and meta data are displayed:

2. Select format

The second control element can be used to select different invoice formats. The following formats are available:

• A4 (A4) – Invoice is displayed in A4 format
• A5 (A5) – Invoice is displayed in A5 format
• A5 multi-page (Διπλό A5) – Invoice is displayed in A5 format for multiple pages
• Thermal printer (Θερμικός εκτυπωτής) - Invoice is displayed in format for thermal printer (receipt printer)
• myDATA (myDATA) - Invoice is displayed in myDATA XML format
• EN16931 (EN16931) - Invoice is converted and displayed in the European standard format for electronic invoices (EN 16931).
• Original JSON (Original JSON) - The JSON object of the invoice transmitted by RetailForce is output.

3. Download invoice

The invoice can be downloaded using this button (Λήψη). The download file corresponds to the selected format:

• PDF file in the case of A4, A5/A5 multi-page, thermal printer
• XML file in the case of myDATA and EN16931
• JSON file in the case of original JSON

4. Print invoice

With "Print invoice" (Εκτύπωση), the invoice can be printed in the selected format. This button is only available for invoice formats in A4, A5/A5 multi-page and thermal printer.
